The present invention relates to an electric cooker provided to improve the productivity and compatibility while enhancing the insulation quality by reducing a whitening effect caused as water formed on the bottom surface of an oven cover falls over the rice. The electric cooker comprises: a main body equipped with an inner iron pot in which a food accommodation space is formed; a lid coupled to an upper portion of the main body to be opened and closed; a control plate which is arranged at a lower surface portion of the lid and has connection holes equipped with a pressure response operating means for controlling the pressure in the inner space of the inner iron pot; a lead plate which has corresponding holes communicated with the connection holes, includes a mounting unit in which the control plate is arranged and a heat transfer unit formed along the outer side of the mounting unit, and integrally covers the lower surface portion of the control plate and the lid; and a lead heater including a hot wire, which is arranged on the upper side of the lead plate and is heated, and a thermal diffusion sheet which comes into surface contact with the upper surface of the lead plate in order for heat of the hot wire to be spread.
