<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic wave filter which hardly causes deterioration of an insertion loss even when an input terminal or an output terminal is used in common. <P>SOLUTION: The surface acoustic wave device includes: a piezoelectric substrate 101; a longitudinally-coupled resonator type first SAW filter section 5 which is arranged on a principal surface of the piezoelectric substrate and has a plurality of IDT electrodes 11 having a plurality of electrode fingers 22 extending in a direction orthogonal to a propagation direction of SAW propagating on the principal surface of the piezoelectric substrate 101, and has the plurality of IDT electrodes 11 arrayed in the propagation direction; a reference potential wire 7 which has an opposite portion 7a extending in the propagation direction, and is electrically connected to the SAW filter section 5; and an input signal wire 4 which has an LC forming section 4a that is arranged on the opposite portion 7a in parallel and extends in the propagation direction, and has one end connected to the SAW filter section 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
