The device has a sensor placed on an inlet terminal (10) and a resin container (1). The sensor measures actual pressure in the inlet terminal and the resin container. A positioning device (13) is operatively connected to a closure element (9). The sensor is connected to the positioning device. A positioning element moves the closure element from open position to closed position when the positioning element is activated by a trigger signal emitted by the sensor. The closure element closes off the terminal and the container relative to a mold chamber in the closed position. The sensor is a mechanical sensor.
