<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a generating method of biofuel and biofuel generating means in which biofuel is readily and easily generated semipermanently depending on sunlight by utilizing photosynthetic reaction performed by a plant.SOLUTION: Biofuel generating means 1 for generating biofuel which is used in a biofuel cell comprises: a collecting needle 11 injected into a plant 100 for collecting sap of the plant 100; and a collection container 13 which communicates with the collecting needle 11 and houses sucrase. In the collection container 13, sucrose contained in the collected sap is allowed to react with sucrase, and decomposed into glucose and fructose to generate biofuel.</p> |
