The present invention relates to a mobile escape vehicle blocking protrusion which blocks an escape of a vehicle. A base divided to be moved by human power can be connected in accordance to a width of a lane to be checked or to be searched. In case a roller is connected to a fixated bearing housing and a vertically moving bearing housing, and the rotation of the roller locked; a friction force of a tire of a vehicle is maintained such that the vehicle can pass. In case the roller is unlocked, the friction force of the tire of the vehicle is removed for the rotation of roller; thus blocking the escape of the vehicle. |
