Provided are a system and method for providing a voice-message call service. A device of performing a call with an external device includes a control part which obtains a text converted from a voice transmitted/received between the device and the external device, on a call between the device and the external device, and obtains a text inputted to the device and a text provided from the external device; and a display part which arranges the converted text, inputted text and provided text, and displays them on the screen of the device, on the call.
