The present invention provides a composition for alleviating burns and symptoms of atopic dermatitis and a manufacturing method thereof, comprising a composition for alleviating burns and symptoms of atopic dermatitis, which comprises 1.97-2.77 wt% of a Hyssopus officinalis extract and 97.23-98.03 wt% of electrolyzed-reduced water. Accordingly, the composition and the method are capable of significantly reducing stimulation and pain of the skin of the patient with burns and atopic dermatitis and, particularly, shortening a treatment period with indicant in skin regeneration of the patient with low-degree burns below a third-degree burn, minimizing burn scars after skin regeneration, and being significantly effective in maintaining moisturizing power of the skin of the patient with atopic dermatitis. |
