<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing structure which does not cause slid, dust, breakage and deformation or the like in a wide operating temperature range from a room temperature to a high temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The bearing structure has a shaft 120 and a plurality of bearings 150A-150G, and the shaft 120 has a bending elasticity and is bent into an arch-like shape within a range of elastic deformation.
