<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a resin raw powder having excellent long-term storage stability at room temperature and satisfactory hardenability and fluidity; a production method of resin raw powder, capable of producing the resin raw powder; a resin molded article made from the resin raw powder; and an electronic component device using the resin raw powder or resin molded article. <P>SOLUTION: The production method of resin raw powder includes: a kneading and crushing step of crushing a kneaded material obtained by mixing, heat-melting and kneading a first component including an epoxy resin, a curing agent and an inorganic filler to obtain a first powder; a pulverizing step of pulverizing a second component including a curing accelerator to obtain a second powder; and a mixing step of dispersively mixing the first powder and second powder together to obtain the resin raw powder. The temperature in obtaining the first powder in the kneading and crushing step is set to not higher than 40°C, and the temperature in obtaining the second powder in the pulverizing step is set to a temperature lower by 20°C or more than the lowest temperature of the melting point of each component included in the second component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
