The present invention relates to a ceramic printing ink composition. More specifically, the ink composition includes deionized water, propylene glycol, a propylene glycol methyl ether acetate (PMA) solvent, a propylene glycol methyl ether (PM) solvent, isopropyl alcohol (IPA), a dispersing agent, a pigment, a flowability control agent, and an aqueous antimicrobial composition. Accordingly, the composition can be reliably and easily printed on a ceramic coating layer. The composition also includes the aqueous antimicrobial composition described in the prior patent of the inventor (Korea Patent No. 10-0999170) to have an antimicrobial function. The composition is printed in a pattern by printing the upper end or coating layers of the ceramic coating layers by using pads, screens, and stamps. More specifically, a ceramic coating (sol-gel) layer which can have one or more sub-layers is formed and dried before printing the composition. The composition is cured by heat at the same time with the coating layer to enhance the coupling and adhesion force thereof. |
