The present invention relates to an artificial fish egg using sodium alginate and calcium lactate, and a method for manufacturing the same. The method for manufacturing the artificial fish egg comprises the following steps of: dissolving sodium alginate in purified water; adding natural pigments and sweeteners to the solution to prepare a composition; dropping an alginate composition in a coagulating agent, obtained by dissolving calcium lactate in purified water, at a constant pressure; and solidifying the same into a spherical form and then sterilizing the same. |
