<p>The present invention provides a gear processing device which can improve the detection accuracy of the rotation position of the tool so as to improve the processing accuracy. The gear processing device of the present invention includes: on the ring of the gear machining tools unit; and a tool supporting unit is arranged on the pedestal for supporting the processed gear in a free rotation way, and is relatively separated from the tool unit; the tool unit includes a shell an annular supporting body which is arranged in the inner side of the shell; the internal gear of the gear meshing is processed in the shape of a tool; a driving mechanism makes the supporting body rotate relative to the shell, and is provided with an annular stator part which is arranged around the peripheral region of the supporting body and a rotor part which is installed relative to the stator; and a detection mechanism is arranged on the shell, and detects the rotation angle position of the supporting body.</p> |
