According to the present invention, a ship having a fluctuation pressure reduction device comprises: one or more pressure chambers maintained at a first pressure and provided in a stern; a mass member vibrating inside the pressure chamber by a deviation between the first pressure and fluctuation pressure generated by rotation of a propeller; an elastic member fixating the mass member to the pressure chamber; and a pressure pump connected with the pressure chamber and configured to adjust the first pressure.
