<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To designate an output target by a quotation part quoted from other E-mail messages from within a text of E-mail. <P>SOLUTION: A text 151 of E-mail 150 includes quotation parts 152 to 155. In order to check details before sales goal of a next fiscal year has been decided, Mr. or Ms. B. may wants to select a part of the quotation parts from the text 151 of the E-mail 150 and displays or prints it off. For example, the quotation parts 153, 154 are content for checking an object of goal setting and, in order to check the details before the sales goal for the next fiscal year has been decided, it is enough to select the quotations parts 152, 155 as output targets. Then, according to the information providing method, from the text of E-mail whose quotation is returned/transferred while a series of E-mail messages have been exchanged by a plurality of users, the quotation parts quoted from texts of other E-mail messages are distinguished for each of the other E-mail messages, and the respective quotation parts are selectably displayed as output targets. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
