A bracket assembly (10) includes a bracket (18), an inserting member, an elastic member (20) disposed on the bracket (18), first and second arms (22, 24) oppositely and pivotally connected to the bracket (18), and an operation member (26). The elastic member (20) includes first and second elastic portions (44, 46) correspondingly disposed. The first and second arms (22, 24) each include a first portion (48, 58) having a contact portion (52, 62) abutting against the respective first or second elastic portion (44, 46) and a second portion (50, 60) having a hook portion (54, 64) and a connecting portion (56, 66) oppositely disposed. The operation member (26) is connected between the connecting portions (56, 66) of the first and second arms (22, 24).
