The present invention relates to a ridable and drivable bag cart. The ridable and drivable bag cart according to the present invention comprises: a cart body (100) having a back support frame and a handlebar (160) to be supported on a back or transport a bag or an article through wheels while fixing the bag or the article; a first and a second link body (200, 200a) mounted on both ends of a middle frame (120) forming a lower end of the cart body (100) to restrict a rotation angle through a rotation angle adjustment means (240); a first and a second rotation body (300, 300a) mounted on ends of the first and the second link body (200, 200a) through a middle shaft (320) thereof to be rotated and face each other; a wheel assembly (400, 400a) mounted on one side of circumferential surfaces of the first and the second rotation body (300, 300a); and a footboard frame (500, 500a) wherein one end thereof is mounted on the middle shaft (320) of the first and the second rotation body (300, 300a) to rotate the first and the second rotation body (300, 300a) through an angle correction means (600) when rotating to change an angle of a rotary shaft (440) to a vertical or a horizontal state relative to the ground, and a footboard on which a user can step is formed on the other end thereof. According to the present invention, a carrying person can step on the cart and enjoy driving while loading an article such as a bag or the like on the cart. |
