<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen separation membrane that can be also used for a membrane reactor for steam reforming of hydrocarbons, does not show brittleness and has durability even at a high temperature, and has excellent hydrogen permeation performance, a method of manufacturing the hydrogen separation membrane, and a hydrogen separation method. <P>SOLUTION: The hydrogen separation membrane is made of an alloy thin film mainly comprising palladium, copper, and silver, and the crystal structure of the alloy thin film after heat treatment at 500°C or higher is a substantially body-centered cubic structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
