A cutting tool insert is disclosed. The disclosed cutting tool insert comprises: a support base plate which is extended in a first direction; and a cutting layer which is coupled to one surface of the support base plate to be supported by the support base plate, wherein the support base plate has an uplift part uplifted in the first direction. According to the present invention, residual stress generated in a polycrystalline diamond compact can be reduced. |
