The present invention relates to a door checker for a vehicle. Specifically, the door checker for a vehicle comprises: a hinge (100) rotationally connecting a door to a vehicle body and having a rotary shaft (300) formed thereon; a slider (400) moving in a line by the rotational force of the rotary shaft (300), through which the rotary shaft (300) penetrates; and a checking unit (500) linearly reciprocating in the radial direction of the rotary shaft (300) by the slider (400). A screw principle is used to convert rotational motion into linear motion to increase a section in which the door can be checked to realize shift feel when opening and closing the door to improve marketability through operability improvement. Moreover, a section in which an operational force for opening and closing the door can be applied is increased to improve durability.
