The present invention discloses a treadmill in water capable of measuring a exercise motion, comprising: an exercising unit which has an open upper surface, and comprises a water tank having an inner space that a user can walk and a treadmill installed on a lower portion of the water tank; a plurality of marking units attached to be spaced to the user′s body ; a recording unit which records images of the marking units by radiating a light in the water tank; and an analyzing unit which understands each position of the marking units by revising the images recorded in the recording unit, and measures the user′s exercise motion by analyzing changed positions of the marking units.
