Disclosed are a hearing aid with a user-customized fitting function and a fitting method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the hearing aid is worn on another part of a user body except for the insides of the ears. The hearing aid comprises: a battery; a charging unit which charges the battery by receiving external power; a sound source storing unit which stores a reference sound source for user-customized fitting; a sound source generating unit which generates a sound source for fitting by changing the sound pressure and frequency of the reference sound source to a reference fitting value according to user environment information; an output unit which outputs the sound source for fitting; and a fitting unit which upgrades the reference fitting value according to the user environment information by a sound volume adjusting and checking process of a user per frequency band about the sound source for fitting.
