The present invention relates to a system for providing a dynamic local map. The present invention may include: a wireless communications unit which performs vehicle to vehicle communications and receives the alarm generating vehicle-local map information through a multi-hop network, wherein the alarm generating vehicle-local map information includes the location information, alarm information, and surroundings information on at least one nearby vehicle of an alarm-generating vehicle that is located outside of a communication range of a user vehicle and has sounded an alarm; a location information measuring unit which measures location information of user vehicle; a surroundings information collecting unit which collects the information on at least one surrounding vehicle, which is located within the communication range of user vehicle; a dynamic local map information generation unit which generates dynamic local map information, which is user vehicle dynamic local map information based on the user vehicle location information by using the location information of user vehicle, the information on at least one surrounding vehicle, the alarm generating vehicle-local map information; and a screen display unit which displays the vehicle dynamic local map information on a screen for the image of the vehicle having sounded an alarm to stand out on the screen. |
