The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for systematization between base stations in a wireless communications system. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a communications method of base stations comprises the following steps: establishing an initial connection with a second base station; requesting a coordinated multi-point transmission and reception (CoMP) hypothesis to the second base station; receiving a measurement information request message from the second base station; selecting a stream control transmission protocol (SCTP) stream to which the measurement information to transmit; transmitting the measurement information to the second base station through the selected stream; and receiving the CoMP hypothesis from the second base station. According to one embodiment of the present invention, information can be exchanged through a stream suitable to signaling characteristics, thereby effectively exchanging information between base stations.
