According to an embodiment of the present invention, an electronic apparatus having a content sharing function may include: a processor which requests the operation of an automatic voice answering system to a media server by forwarding a call through a mobile network, passes incoming numbers to a web content server, is inputted with a selection with respect to items related to the automatic voice answering system, transmits the selected item to the web content server, and receives content incorporated with the selected item from the web content server; and a display which displays the content received from the web content server.
