<p>The invention relates to an electrohydraulic system for driving the unwinding head of a winder in a wire rolling mill. According to the invention, the system consists of an electrohydraulic apparatus as a proportional distributor (5) adjusting the driving speed of the unwinding head (2) by means of a hydraulic cylinder (4), where the value of speed of selecting the plane of winding the wire (3) on the drum (1), namely the speed of the hydraulic cylinder, is adjusted by means of an automatic speed regulator implemented in the operation program of the programmable automaton (9) ensuring the functionality of the system, the desired speed value being calculated by the programmable automaton as a product between the value of the rotary speed of the drum on which the wire is wound and the value of the wire diameter, the real value of the speed of selecting the plane of winding being measured by a speed transducer (6) and the value of the rotary speed of the drum, by a rotary speed transducer (7), where the proportional distributor (5) control is applied by means of an amplifier (8) and the interface of the electrohydraulic systems with the computer systems is carried out by a data communication line (10).</p> |
