Discloses an isolated immune system cell comprising a chimeric cytokine receptor comprising a cytokine-binding exodomain and a signal transducing endodomain, wherein the exodomain is IL4 exodomain and the endodomain is IL7 endodomain and/or the exodomain is IL13 exodomain and the endodomain is IL2 endodomain. Also discloses related methods of producing such cells and use in treating cancer.
