The present invention relates to a touch screen panel on which photic/aphotic layers are thermally transferred and a method for fabricating the same. The touch screen panel comprises: a glass (500) which forms an appearance of the touch screen panel; and a printing layer (300) which is transferred to a partial region of one side of the glass (500), on which a letter, a number, a design, or a pattern are printed. The glass (500) is divided into a region on which the printing layer (300) is transferred and the remaining region on which the printing layer (300) is not transferred. A surface treatment makes an outside surface of the printing layer (300) a photic or aphotic surface. |
