PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform recording suppressing both of reduction of image quality in a thin line or a character image and reduction of glossiness in an image picture.SOLUTION: According to an attribute of an image, a mask pattern different in the number of neighboring recording allowance pixels is applied to perform recording by controlling dot connectivity.
