A carbon fiber composite material (10) configured from carbon fiber prepregs (11, 13) and a porous prepreg (21) interposed therebetween, the surface of the carbon fiber composite material (10) being configured from the carbon fiber prepregs (11, 13), wherein at least one surface of the carbon fiber composite material (10) has recesses (101, 103) and/or protrusions formed. Under the recesses (101, 103), the thickness of the porous prepreg (21) has been made smaller than that in the general part (111) having neither recesses nor protrusions, and the carbon fiber composite material (10) has a reduced thickness. Under the protrusions, the thickness of the porous prepreg has been made larger than that in the general part (111) having neither recesses nor protrusions and the carbon fiber composite material (10) has an increased thickness. |
