PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of electronically clipping data with a simple operation.SOLUTION: The system includes digital data reception means for receiving digital data transmitted from a user terminal provided with digital data capturing means for capturing an optional range of a medium, posted data extraction means for extracting posted data associated with digital data by retrieving medium posted data storage means with reference to received digital data, posted data clipping means for associating the extracted posted data itself or identification data for identifying the extracted posted data with user information to store the data in clipping data storage means, and user access permitting means for enabling access from a user terminal to perform at least any of browsing permission, downloading permission and data distribution. |
