PURPOSE:To endure a long time operation under an unlubricated condition by forming spherical protrusions and recesses coupling upper and lower end sections of a hoise cylinder with a car body frame and carrier corresponding to them with each other and by coating a synthetic resin material on one or both of them. CONSTITUTION:A carrier 3 is mounted on a car body frame 2 of a three-inclination dump car 1 and a hoise cylinder 4 is arranged between both 2, 3. Spherical protrusions 5, 6 are formed between upper and lower end sections of said cylinder 4, and support members 4, 8 with recesses are fixed to the carrier 3 and car body frame 2 respectively corresponding to the protrusions 5, 6. Then, a synthetic resin material 9 with a small coefficient of friction, excellent cohesion, and proper bearing strength such as polytetrafluoroethylene (Teflon) is coated all over individual spherical recesses of support members 7, 8. Accordingly, if lubrication is once applied when assembling the cylinder 4, it can endure a long time operation thereafter under an unlubricated condition. |
