A solventless one-pack type cyanic ester/epoxy composite resin composition characterized by comprising (A) either a polyfunctional cyanic ester or a mixture of polyfunctional cyanic esters, which has an average number of cyanato groups of 2.5 or more as represented by formula (1), (B) either a polyfunctional liquid epoxy resin or a mixture of polyfunctional liquid epoxy resins, which has an average number of epoxy groups of 2.5 or more as represented by formula (2), and (C) an amine-based latent curing agent. In formula (1), Ai is the number of cyanato groups of component (i) and Xi is the content (mass %) of component (i). In formula (2), Bk is the number of epoxy groups of component (k) and Yk is the content (mass %) of component (k).
