PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To photograph a predetermined area and to easily track a moving object desired by a user in the area to photograph it. SOLUTION: A sensor image acquiring module 221 acquires a sensor image. A moving object detecting module 222 detects moving objects in the predetermined area, on the basis of the sensor image. A tracking target designating module 227 designates any one of the detected moving objects. When the tracking target designating module designates the moving object, a photographic mode switching module 228 sets a photographing mode at a continuous tracking mode for tracking the moving object to photograph it.
