A management device is equipped with: an application management unit that manages associations between a plurality of applications corresponding to application information which is reported to a user terminal and distribution destination information identifying the distribution destination of each application distributed via a network; a reception unit that receives a request for application information from a user terminal; a terminal information acquisition unit that acquires terminal information associated with the request and pertaining to the user terminal; a region information acquisition unit that, on the basis of the terminal information, acquires region information pertaining to a region corresponding to the user terminal; and a reporting unit that reports, to the user terminal that made the request, the application information which corresponds to all or a portion of the applications among the multiple applications and is associated with the distribution destination information corresponding to the region information acquired by the region information acquisition unit.
