A decorative panel is equipped with a panel body having an intake port (42a) and a discharge port (43a) formed therein, and an intake grill (60) attached to the intake port (42a) of the panel body. The intake grill (60) has a grill body (61) positioned in the intake port (42a), and an extension part (65) extending outward from the entire circumference of the grill body (61) so as to overlap the undersurface of the panel body (41). The extension part (65) is configured in a manner such that an extending end (65a) of the section thereof extending toward the discharge port (43a) is positioned on the intake-port (42a) side in relation to an edge section (46a) extending toward the discharge port (43a) on the undersurface of the panel body (41). |
