1. An anti-Ang2 antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof that binds to Ang2 and binds to Tie2 receptor via Ang2, comprising:
a heavy chain variable region comprising a polypeptide (CDR-H1) comprising SEQ ID NO: 1, a polypeptide (CDR-H2) comprising SEQ ID NO: 20, and a polypeptide (CDR-H3) comprising SEQ ID NO: 3; a light chain variable region comprising a polypeptide (CDR-L1) comprising SEQ ID NO: 21, a polypeptide (CDR-L2) comprising SEQ ID NO: 22, and a polypeptide (CDR-L3) comprising SEQ ID NO: 23; or a combination of the heavy chain variable region and the light chain variable region, with the proviso that the anti-Ang2 antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof does not comprise all of a polypeptide (CDR-H1) comprising SEQ ID NO: 1, a polypeptide (CDR-H2) comprising SEQ ID NO: 2, a polypeptide (CDR-H3) comprising SEQ ID NO: 3, a polypeptide (CDR-L1) comprising SEQ ID NO: 4, a polypeptide (CDR-L2) comprising SEQ ID NO: 5, and a polypeptide (CDR-L3) comprising SEQ ID NO: 6.
