PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional shape measurement device that implements binding processing of a plurality of three-dimensional data in a short time upon measuring a three-dimensional shape of an entire measurement object by connecting each measurement result when a measurement object does not fall within a photographing filed of view.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional shape measurement device comprises: a measurement unit 60A that measures three-dimensional data indicative of a three-dimensional shape of a measurement object 2; a detection unit 80 that detects a pose of the measurement unit 60A; and a processing unit 66 that obtains a relationship between the three-dimensional data and the pose of the measurement unit 60A, and the three-dimensional shape measurement device is configured to implement binding processing of a plurality of three-dimensional data in a short time.
