PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hole processing method by which a straight hole and a non-straight hole can be respectively processed for a work-piece with a high accuracy and in a short time, a method for manufacturing a cylinder block, and a hole processing machine.SOLUTION: A hole processing method is performed by a hole processing machine 100 which is equipped with a processing head 101 having straight hole processing tools 110, 120 and an U-axial displacement processing tool 130. The straight hole processing tools 110, 120 are equipped with cutters 112, 122 for processing straight holes SH1, SH2. The U-axial displacement processing tool 130 is equipped with a cutter 137 for processing a straight hole SH3, and further equipped with a cutter 135 for processing a non-straight hole NSH in the state such that the cutter 135 can be displaced in an U-axis direction which is a radial direction of the non-straight hole NSH. The hole processing machine 100 processes the straight holes SH1 to SH3 by use of straight hole processing tools 110, 120 and the U-axial displacement processing tool 130, and thereafter, processes the non-straight hole NSH by use of the U-axial displacement processing tool 130. |
