PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve compaction of an oscillator oscillating a high frequency signal, and radiating in a predetermined direction.SOLUTION: An oscillator includes a substrate 1 on which a loop slot line 11 having at least a first linear section and a second linear section, parallel with the first linear section, is formed, a first negative resistance element 20 provided while crossing the slot line 11 in the first linear section, and a second negative resistance element 30 provided while crossing the slot line 11 in the second linear section. The length of the slot line 11 between a position where the first negative resistance element 20 is provided, and a position where the second negative resistance element 30 is provided is equal to the wavelength of an oscillation signal. |
