A dispensing holder is provided with: a cap (110) having an opening end (111) and a top plate section (112) which faces the opening end (111) and allowing a blood collection tube to be inserted therein from the opening end (111) side; and a needle receiving section (120) protruding from the top plate section (112) in the direction opposite the opening end (111) and capable of receiving an puncture needle (301) so that the puncture needle (301) does not move in the longitudinal direction. The needle receiving section (120) has a groove (121) comprising two side walls (120a, 120b) arranged at a distance from each other and extending in the direction in which the side walls (120a, 120b) protrude from the top plate section (112). The top plate section (112) has a top plate opening (112a) provided at a position corresponding to the groove (121). When the puncture needle (301) is received into the needle receiving section (120), the tip of the puncture needle (301) reaches the inside of the cap (110) after passing through the top plate opening (112a) and does not protrude from the opening end (111). |
