Disclosed are a device and method for reducing interference of a combined cell, a base station and a system. The combined cell comprises at least two sectors. The device for reducing interference of a combined cell comprises a configuring module (11) and a sending module (12). The configuring module (11) is used for configuring at least two main broadcast control channels (BCCHs) with the same frequency for the combined cell, wherein the at least two main BCCHs are distributed on different timeslots. The sending module (12) is used for sending signals corresponding to at least two radio frames, wherein the signals corresponding to the at least two radio frames separately carry a frequency correction channel (FCCH) signal of one main BCCH, so that at least a first user equipment (UE) and a second UE located in the at least two sectors access different main BCCH timeslots separately. By using the present invention, collisions between slow associated control channels (SACCHs) sent by a user performing space division multiplexing can be effectively avoided in a scenario in which discontinuous transmission (DTX) is enabled.
