A multi-hardness pad having a ventilation structure according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a support pad which is provided in the form of a car sheet and which has an insertion groove formed in a portion where a passenger's buttocks are placed when the passenger is seated, and has stepped portions formed on both sides of the insertion groove; a friction pad which is provided so as to be detachable from the insertion groove of the support pad so that the passenger's buttocks are placed thereon when the passenger is seated, and which has locking parts locked to the stepped portions; a first ventilation unit having a first air flow groove provided in the insertion groove, a plurality of first side flow grooves provided in the stepped portions, and an air inlet opening provided in the first air flow groove; and a second ventilation unit having a second air flow groove which is formed in the friction pad to face the first air flow groove, a plurality of second air flow holes which are formed to penetrate the friction pad along the second air flow groove, and a plurality of second side flow holes formed in the locking parts so as to communicate with the plurality of first side flow grooves. It is desirable to ventilate a sheet in a manner where the air flowing in through the air inlet opening passes a central portion of the friction pad through the plurality of second air flow holes while flowing in the first and second air flow grooves, and passes both side portions of the friction pad through the plurality of first side flow grooves and the plurality of second side flow holes. |
