PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary washing device capable of miniaturizing a lifting unit.SOLUTION: A sanitary washing device includes: a casing 200 installed on an upper surface of a toilet bowl; a fixing tool 240 having a shaft part fixed to the toilet bowl and for mounting a rear side of the casing 200 to the toilet bowl; a lifting unit 500 for rotating the casing 200 around the shaft part and lifting a front side of the casing 200 from the upper surface; and a control unit for controlling an operation of the lifting unit 500. The lifting unit 500 has: a motor for generating torque based on a signal transmitted from the control unit; a worm for at least transmitting the torque; a worm wheel for at least transmitting the torque transmitted via the worm; and a receiving unit 550 for at least rotating by the torque transmitted via the worm and the worm wheel and for lifting the front side from the upper surface. The state where the front side is lifted most is maintained by self-locking between the worm and the worm wheel. |
