The present invention relates to the technical field of design and manufacturing of magnetic couplings. Disclosed is a permanent-magnet coupling self-alignment protective device comprising a first rotor and a second rotor respectively and fixedly connected to a bearing shaft (8) and a drive shaft (9); the first rotor and the second rotor are respectively installed with mutually-coupled permanent magnets capable of transmitting torque; the first rotor/ second rotor are respectively provided with coaxial inner conical surface/outer conical surface having mutually matching tapering; and the permanent-magnet coupling self-alignment protective device further comprises an axial adjustment mechanism for adjusting the relative axial position between the first rotor and the second rotor. The technical solution solves the technical problems of inconvenient installation and fine tuning of existing magnetic couplings.
