The present invention is to provide a device for inspecting a display panel, which can inspect display panels with various sizes. The device for inspecting a display panel comprises an inspecting plate and a fixing member. A display panel to be inspected is placed on an upper part of the inspecting plate. The fixing member fixes the display panel. The fixing member comprises a lower fixing member and an upper fixing member. The lower fixing member moves in at least one from a first direction and a second direction opposite to the first direction. The upper fixing member moves in at least one from a third direction perpendicular to the first direction and a fourth direction opposite to the third direction.
