<p>The invention provides a thermoplastic polyurethane having at least one plasticizer, with at least one first plasticizer (i) being based on a glycerol, and at least one hydroxyl group of the glycerol being esterified with a monocarboxylic acid (ii) which contains 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 carbon atoms, more preferably 2, 3 or 4 carbon atoms and very preferably 2 carbon atoms. The invention further encompasses a process for preparing the thermoplastic polyurethane having the plasticizer (i), a method for coating products with this thermoplastic polyurethane, the use of the thermoplastic polyurethane, and the use of plasticizers based on glycerol for thermoplastic polyurethane.</p> |
