The present invention relates to a rising-and-falling type lighting tower. According to the present invention, a carrier elevates with balance ability as ends of three elevating ropes are fastened onto the carrier while having phase difference of 120 degree. Moreover, when boarding on a support which has a tapering diameter, the lighting tower of the present invention shows capability of preventing lighting fixtures mounted on the carrier from being shaken when boarding thereon, by allowing the lighting tower to make rolling contact all the time. |
