PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance method for a wet deodorizer.SOLUTION: A wet deodorizer includes: a storage tank; a first pipeline connected to the storage tank fluidly; a pump disposed on the first pipeline; a deodorization tower one end of which is connected to the storage tank fluidly, and the other end of which is connected to the first pipeline fluidly, for making a gas containing a sulfur system odor component pass through; a deodorization carrier disposed in the deodorization tower, for deodorizing the gas by bringing the gas and a cleaning fluid into gas-liquid contact; a second pipeline branched on a downstream of the pump in the first pipeline and is connected to the storage tank fluidly; a catalyst tower disposed on the second pipeline, for oxidizing the sulfur-containing cleaning fluid by deodorization in the deodorization carrier; and pipeline cut-off means that cuts off an inflow of the cleaning fluid into the second pipeline. While the inflow of the cleaning fluid into the second pipeline is cut off by the pipeline cut-off means, and the circulation of the cleaning fluid in the first pipeline is continued, the catalyst tower is maintained, and the circulation of the cleaning fluid into the second pipeline is restarted by the pipeline cut-off means. |
