The present invention relates to a jig strut to fixate a jig for heat treatment of a cam used for an internal combustion engine of a ship. The jig strut comprises: a circular plate; a first radial plate; second radial plates; and a fixated housing coupled using a coupling means such as a bolt, and has an assembled type-structure to be inserted and fitted. As such, even though the jig strut is damaged due to cementation caused when performing heat treatment, the jig strut can be reused by easily replacing any damaged part of the jig strut, not the entire unit, thus reducing maintenance costs. The jig strut (100) comprises: the circular plate (110); the first radial plate (120); a plurality of second radial plates (130); and the fixated housing (140). The circular plate (110) has a circular band-shape, and has a plurality of first coupling holes (114) radially formed on an inner surface thereof. The first radial plate (120) is positioned inside the circular plate (110), and has both ends including each first bent part (122) having a second coupling hole (124) to fixedly be coupled to one of the first coupling holes (144) by a coupling means. Each second radial plate (130) is positioned inside of the circular plate (110) and has one end including a second bent part (132) having a third coupling hole (134) to be fixedly coupled to one of the first coupling holes (144) by a coupling means. The fixated housing (140) has a third insertion groove (142) allowing the first radial plate (120) and the second radial plates (130) to be inserted thereinto to fixate the centers of the first radial plate (120) and the third radial plates (130) radially fixated inside the circular plate (110). |
