摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an optical module and the like which can align an optical block even on a substrate in which a plurality of circuits for modules are mounted.SOLUTION: When light is emitted from an optical element array 9 arranged in the lower part of an optical lens array 11, firstly, the light is incident on the optical lens array 11 through a lens 23a provided on an optical element facing surface 25. Here, because a mirror surface 31 and a contact surface 37 are adhered to each other with approximately the same refractive index, the light is hardly reflected on a boundary. Accordingly, the light incident on the optical lens array 11 is hardly reflected on the mirror surface 31 (boundary), advances upward, and is emitted to the outside through a lens 39 formed on an alignment detecting surface 35. The intensity of the light detected by a detector 43 is measured and the optical lens array 11 is arranged in a position where the light becomes the highest light intensity, and thereby the optical element array 9 and the optical lens array 11 can be aligned.</p>
